What exactly does LivUp offer?
We offer a furniture service in the form of packages: you choose your package, and we take care of ordering it, delivering it to the specified address, and arranging the furniture. Then, we send you a video of the result if you are not on-site!
We also offer property management services: you entrust us with your property, and we handle preparing it for short-term rental (dishes, installing a smart lock, etc.), we hire our professional photographer to take quality photos for online listings, publish the listings on multiple booking platforms, and manage reservations and guests (check-in, check-out, assistance, cleaning, etc.).
We also provide concierge services to enhance your guests’ stay.
Can I use your services without being in the UAE?
Of course!
We specifically offer a service that allows you not to need to come on-site.
Can I modify the packages?
No. However, before finalizing your purchase, we require a plan of your property, and our interior designers ensure that the package suits the size of the property.
How long does it take to furnish my property?
About 10 days.
